PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to look after the matter and arrest respondents No.5 to 7 in case FIR No.234 dated 18.11.2012, who cheated and killed the son of the petitioner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, to personally look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 28.03.2013 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of RAVINDER SINGH 2015.07.15 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
