[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This is a petition filed for grant of anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 536, dated 20th November, 2020, under Sections 120-B, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 was added later on), registered at Police Station Sonipat Sadar, District Sonipat. [3] Learned State counsel has filed a reply, same is taken on record.

[4] At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

[5] The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
