**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount to the petitioner which was deposited in the State Treasury.

The amount of bank guarantee stands forfeited in view of violation of conditions of bail. The bank guarantee furnished by respondent No.4 on behalf of respondent No.3 has already been forfeited to the State.

Prayer of the petitioner for releasing the amount in question to him at such a stage cannot be appreciated. Respondent No.3 has already been declared as a proclaimed MOHMED ATIK 2022.03.08 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
