**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.155 dated 05.10.2022 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, P.S. Sardulgarh, District Mansa.

On an earlier occasion a petition with similar prayer was filed before this Court at the instance of petitioner vide CRM-M-4905-2023 which was withdrawn vide order dated 31.01.2023. The present petition has been filed seeking similar relief with no change in circumstances, the same thus being not maintainable is dismissed.
