RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 19.02.2016 of learned Sessions Judge, Ambala, affirming order dated 09.05.2014 of the trial Court whereby complaint of the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 was dismissed.
Instant petition being not maintainable in view of provisions of Section 378(4) Cr.P.C., is dismissed. On request of learned counsel, petitioner is granted liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law. (RAMENDRA JAIN) April 08, 2019 JUDGE R.S.
