(ORAL) Through instant appeal, appellant-claimant has sought enhancement of compensation, modifying impugned award dated 23.10.1993 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalandhar. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 - Insurance Company producing photocopy of award dated 23.05.1998 passed by the then Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.K. Srivastava, duly attested by him, submits that this appeal has to be consigned to record room being already decided vide aforesaid award. Pursuant to the said award, entire compensation amount was also paid to the appellant.

In view of aforesaid award dated 23.05.1998, this appeal is disposed of as fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room. (Ramendra Jain) Judge September 18, 2019 R.S.
