Copy of non bailable warrants of arrest along with copy of report and statement of Karam Chand, Lambardar of village Bassi Kikran, Hoshiarpur and copy of the death certificate have been attached. It being so, the appeal abates and is disposed of accordingly. The trial Court should start proceedings to recover the fine. (H.S.
