IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT

Versus
STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS ... Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARNARESH SINGH GILL
Present:
Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh Manhas, Advocate for Mr. Sandeep Verma, Advocate for the petitioners.
Mr. Rohit Arya, DAG Haryana.
**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the letter dated 05.02.2019 (Annexure P-16), vide which the petitioner was relieved from the post of Peon w.e.f. 05.02.2019. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners will move a fresh representation and they would be satisfied if the said representation is ordered to be decided in a time bound manner. Learned State counsel has no objection in allowing the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. He, however, submits that the petitioners were appointed just to meet out the urgent requirement of the college and that too for a fixed period.
