***** The Labour Court-cum-Industrial Tribunal has passed the order of reinstatement of the workman with full back wages. This writ petition was filed by the Management (Punjab State Electricity Board) against the award dated 11.12.2000. From the order dated 05.10.2001, we find that the writ petition was admitted only qua the back wages. Further, no stay was granted by the Hon'ble Court, we should take it that the order of the Labour court must have been implemented by the petitioner and respondent-workman has no grievance any more. Under the circumstances, let the case be consigned to the record. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. However, liberty is given to the parties to get the case revived, in accordance with law, if circumstances so exist.
