In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned orders dated 11.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) and 02.08.2022 (Annexure P-8) vide which, respondent No. 1 has been held entitled to get an amount of Rs.47,334/- as remaining balance from the service benefits of husband of respondent No. 1 namely, Khajanchi Lal (since deceased). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present petition, respondent No.1 has died and no legal heirs of respondent No. 1 have been impleaded so far for contesting the impugned orders dated 11.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) and 02.08.2022 (Annexure P-8) by which, the respondent No. 1 was granted the benefits of Rs.47,334/-. 3.

Keeping in view the totality of fact and circumstances of the present case as respondent No. 1 has died and no legal heirs of respondent RIYA 2025.05.23 14:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-3892-2024 (O&M) -2No. 1 has come forward to challenge the impugned orders dated 11.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) and 02.08.2022 (Annexure P-8), the present present is disposed of with liberty to the State to revive the same in case any of the legal heirs of respondent No. 1 is alive and intends to pursue the remedy on merits.
