(Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition as the petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioner does not apprehend any threat to his life particularly in view of the fact that the marriage stands dissolved. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn having been rendered infructuous.
