Nirmal Singh And ANR v. State Of Punjab And ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
CRM-M-10750-2015 Date of decision: 07.04.2015 Nirmal Singh and another ..... Petitioners
Versus
State of Punjab and others ..... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.P. NAGRATH PRESENT: Ms. Garima Jindal, Advocate for the petitioners. R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners and their family members by unnecessarily calling them in Women Cell, Moga.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and carefully gone through the file.
It is stated that no FIR has been registered so far. In view of the limited prayer made, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioners to appear before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga and file representation to him and on doing so, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, shall look into the same.
It is, however, made clear that the petitioners would not be entitled for any protection, in case, any FIR for matrimonial discord has been registered or that may be registered against them. April 07, 2015 ( R.P. NAGRATH ) rishu JUDGE RISHU KATARIA 2015.04.08 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
