**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 40 dated 28.4.2017 registered at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur, under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC.

State counsel submits that the case is at final stages and is fixed for arguments on 24.5.2018. State counsel informs that it is the petitioner's side who is asking for adjournments.

The case is at the final stages, no case for bail is made out. The petition is dismissed.
