The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 15.02.2024, Annexure P-6 vide which the petitioner has been transferred to District Moga. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
