The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the condition in the impugned sale circulars (Annexures P-1 and P-2).

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. None had entered appearance even on the last of hearing. The matter in question relates to sale circular No.14/1998 providing tariff for agriculture separate block-wise and thereafter Patwar Circle-wise. It seems that the petitioners have no impending interest in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
