The present petition has been filed for the issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to complete further investigation in case bearing FIR No.133 dated 22.06.2017, under Sections 420, 120-B IPC Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana and for filing report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Parminder Singh submits that the challan has already been submitted to the competent Court on 26.10.2020 and charges have been framed on 25.02.2022.
