(Oral) The allegations against petitioner Amardeep in this regular bail application under section 439 Cr.P.C. are that the petitioner had a dispute with complainant Ravi Bhushan and is alleged to have fired in the air by means of .32 bore pistol.

The contentions of counsel for the petitioner are that the recovery has already been effected and it is a no injury case and the petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2016.

Mr. Sabharwal has sought to oppose the bail on the ground that it is a case of use of illegal fire arm and thus, the petitioner is not entitled to bail.

Appreciating the submissions of both the sides, the petitioner being in custody since 8.8.2016 and the investigation and trial are not likely to be concluded in near future, being case of no injury and that recovery has already been effected, without adverting to the merits of the case, the instant Dalbir Singh Tiwana 2017.01.20 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
