ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of the order dated 01.07.2014 (Annexure P3) vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in FIR No.243 dated 06.09.2012 registered under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 31.10.2017, the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.50,000/- in the government treasury.
