In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for the setting aside the schedule which has been incorporated for effecting the online transfer policy for the year 2023.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Sandeep Kumar, Warder, O/o D. G. Prisons, Haryana, submits that the online transfer policy for the year 2023 is yet to be finalized and the petitioner has already been given option to apply under the said online transfer policy keeping in view the order dated 24.03.2023 passed in CWP-13424-2022. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the order dated 24.03.2023, coupled with the fact that online transfer policy is yet to be implemented after finalization of the same, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh petition in case, any of the grievance of the petitioner still survives.
