(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C is for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 117 dated 11.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 343, 346, 363, 366-A, 376(3) IPC and 6 of POCSO Act at Police Station Sector 3233, District Karnal. Custody certificate dated 03.12.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone custody period of 1 year, 8 months and 1 day as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
