Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 08.09.2025, the Financial Commissioner Revenue and Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Revenue and Disaster Management Department has passed a speaking order dated 27.03.2026 and a copy of the same is annexed as Annexure R-1 along with the affidavit/compliance report.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the order dated 27.03.2026 is against law and the petitioners are aggrieved of the said order and has submitted that although the contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 27.03.2026 in accordance with law.

Disposed of with the said liberty.
