(Oral) As the common questions of facts in the above indicated petitions are involved, therefore, I propose to decide the same, by means of this common judgment, in order to avoid the repetition. Present petitions have filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondents authorities to transfer the

-2mater/investigation of FIR No.48 dated 26.02.2014, under Sections 452, 354, 323, 380, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar and FIR No.85 dated 05.03.2015, under Sections 354-B, 323, 506 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station 'A' Division, District Amritsar City, to some other District. Upon notice, status report by way of an affidavit has been filed in case CRM-M-10811-2015, by Assistant Commissioner of Police, South, Amitsar, on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 5 taking therein the stand that petitioner-Manisha has a marital dispute with her husband Jaideep Singh and others family members of her in-law family. Both the above-said FIRs have been got registered by Simranjit Kaur (private respondent No.6) against the present petitioner and others.

Accused Sunny Kumar, Manisha and Sarjeewan Kumari were arrested whereas accused Mamta was joined in the investigation on 03.04.2014 and was granted the concession of anticipatory bail. Challan has been presented against accused Sunny Kumar, Manisha, Sarjeewan Kumari and Mamta on 03.01.2015, which is pending trial, whereas other nominated accused Rawinder Kumar, member panchayat, Kuldip Kaur and Manjit Kaur have been declared proclaimed offender on 10.12.2014.

As per reply dated 24.10.2015, filed in case CRM-M-119782015, FIR No.85 dated 05.03.2015, under Sections 354-B, 323, 506 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station 'A Division', Amritsar City, has been got registered by the petitioner as a counter-blast for creating pressure upon the private respondents in order to get a compromise affected with regard to FIR No.68/14, under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC, Police Station Lambra,

-3Jalandhar City, which has been registerd on the complaint of Manisha (respondent No.5 in 2nd case). In case FIR No.85 dated 05.03.2015 the cancellation report has been prepared, which is shortly going to be presented in the learned Court.

Keeping in view the above-said facts, no further action is required to be taken in the present petitions and the same stand disposed of accordingly.
