(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the objections before the trial Court. Further submits that petitioner may also be granted liberty to move appropriate application for exemption from appearing in person before the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdraw with liberty to raise all the objections before the trial Court. In case application for exemption from personal appearance is moved by the petitioner, same shall be considered in accordance with law.
