NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to challenge the order of summoning by way of criminal revision petition before the Court of Session at the first instance. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the above prayer.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with permission to the petitioner to file criminal revision petition challenging the summoning order dated 26.2.2013 before the Court of Session at the first instance.
