**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in complaint No. 3127 of 2013 dated 8.11.2013 titled as Amit Vs. Madan Lal and others under Sections 323/324/506 IPC and Sections 3,4 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ('SC/ST Act' for short) registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, no case under Section 3 and 4 of the SC/ST Act is made out against the petitioners. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and after careful perusal of the record of the case, this Court is of the prima facie view that no case under Sections 3 and 4 of SC/ST Act is made out.

Criminal Misc. No. M-10832 of 2015 (O&M) Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of one week from today. The learned trial court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioners, keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and the observations made hereinabove, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, at an early date. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
