The petitioner has been summoned in a private complaint filed by the respondent alleging assault and hurting him by using derogatory words against a religious person, whom the complainant follows. Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial court. It does not appear to be a case where custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required, in any manner.

The petition is allowed and interim order dated 14.1.2016 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that the petitioner will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
