(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuing directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-3), submitted by the petitioner giving the details of criminal antecedents of respondent No.5 and also his unauthorized possession on the panchayat land. 2.

On advance service of copy of petition, Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Subash Chander, Panchayat Officer, Block-1, Hoshiarpur, submits that the allegations as regards the criminal antecedents and also the unauthorized possession over the panchayat land were inquired into by the authorities, however, no substance was found therein, accordingly, the complaint/representation (Annexure P-3), submitted by the petitioner HIMANI GUPTA 2025.07.30 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
