**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 257, dated 12.12.2019, under Sections 323, 34, 354-C, 406, 498A, 506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station Panipat, District Panipat by CIA, higher rank officer i.e. SSP or SHO of other District or other Police Station and to take necessary action against respondents No.6 to 11, as the present investigating agency is under the influence of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondents to look into the representation dated 04.01.2020 (Annexure P-2) and take appropriate action.
In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Panipat, to look into the representation dated 04.01.2020 (Annexure P-2) and take necessary steps, if any required, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months, from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
The present petition stands disposed off.
