(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 09.02.2000 (Annexure P-6) vide which punishment of censure was awarded to the petitioner for allegedly forging the documents relating to the award of 'censure' already awarded to the petitioner. 2.

Petition was admitted for hearing in the year 2001. 3.

When taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

Learned State counsel submits that per his instructions petitioner died during service on 10.10.2003 and no steps have been taken by his Legal Representatives to implead themselves as party or further prosecute the cause of action, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, as per statement made by learned State counsel.
