*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 74, dated 19.07.2017, under Section 379-A IPC, registered at Police Station Bajghera, Gurugram. Learned State counsel upon instructions states that only one prosecution witness remains to be examined and the matter is now listed on 16.05.2019 for examination of remaining prosecution witness. In view of the statement of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would not press the present petition but the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial.
