The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against impugned order dated 29.11.2021/23.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Principal Judge (Family Court), Sri Muktsar Sahib, whereby less maintenance has been granted to the petitioner.

Sh. Rahul Arora, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent and filed power of attorney. He submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petition filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been allowed and decree of divorce has been granted vide judgment dated 13.09.2023 by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondent, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
