Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, in case FIR No. 396 dated 22.09.2023, registered under Sections 302, 201, 34, 120-B IPC at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.

First bail petition i.e. CRM-M-16651-2025 (Annexure P-3) was withdrawn by counsel for the petitioner on 27.10.2025. Out of total 26 prosecution witnesses, 17 have already been examined.

In view of the above, this Court does not find any substantial reason to reconsider the plea of grant of bail. However, considering the aspect that the petitioner is inside jail for more than a period of 02 years and 09 months, the trial Court is directed to decide the case expeditiously. 3.

The petition stands disposed of.
