No. 2357-C of 2023 Learned counsel for the appellants states that the dispute has since been resolved amicably between the parties as per settlement scheme of the appellant Board and the charges amounting to Rs.86,02,000/- have been deposited by the respondent with the appellants, therefore, no cause of action survives to the appellants to pursue the appeal, therefore, necessary permission be granted to him to withdraw the present appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondent admits the amicable resolution of dispute between the parties as stated by learned counsel for the appellants stating that he has no objection if the counsel for the appellants is permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
