Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.04 dated 08.01.2021, registered at Police Station Maqsudan, Jalandhar, under Sections 21-B and 29 NDPS Act, 1985. Vide order dated 26.08.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Narinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
