RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to official respondents not to harass petitioner and his family members by calling them in Police Station for pressurizing to compromise the matter with accused in FIR No.83, dated 19.06.2022, under Sections 325, 323, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka, Annexure P-3, on the behest of private respondent. It is further prayed to direct official respondents to protect life and liberty of the petitioner.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 10.02.2023 Annexure P-4, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is MEENU 2023.02.24 12:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
