(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous as the civil suit from which the same has arisen, has since been adjudicated upon and the suit stands dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 29.10.2022. In light of the above, learned counsel prays that as no further orders are required to be passed in this revision petition, the same be disposed of accordingly.
