The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 27.07.2001 whereby respondent No.5 was brought on deputation and further absorbed in Punjab Police Academy.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner retired in the year 2018 and left the country. With the efflux of time prayer of the petitioner has rendered infructuous.

Dismissed with liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives. 4.
