Petitioner was granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 31.1.2014. However, it appears that due to his non-appearance before the trial court in July 2014, his non bailable warrants were issued. Petitioner has since then stayed away from the process of the Court.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
