(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that although the FIR in question i.e. FIR No.0484 dated 28.12.2018 registered at Police Station Industrial Area, Sector-7, Manesar, District Gurugram under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477-A of Indian Penal Code pertaining to a fraud of more than `1.5 crores was lodged in the year 2018 but no effective investigation has been conducted in the matter. It has been submitted that infact even all the accused have not been arrested till date. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.03.12 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-11470-2021 (O&M) regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, Haryana to look into the matter and to ensure that the investigation pertaining to FIR No.0484 dated 28.12.2018 registered at Police Station Industrial Area, Sector-7, Manesar, District Gurugram under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477-A of Indian Penal Code is concluded expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest. If deemed appropriate and necessary, some special investigation may also be constituted for expeditious investigation.
