M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court and furnish bail bonds. The trial Court was directed to accept the same.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner or the complainant implying that the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial Court.

This petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner has complied with the order dated 13.1.2015, he will continue to remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished during the entire proceedings of trial in private complaint subject to a condition that the petitioner will not absent himself without any sufficient cause. It is further observed that in case the interim order dated 13.1.2015 has not been complied with till date, this petition will be deemed to have been dismissed. (M.M.S. BEDI) February 27, 2015.
