******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.243 dated 15.12.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420/120-B, at Police Station Jamalpur, Ludhiana. Heard.
As per complainant, petitioners had taken the tractor from him on lease @ `1500/- per month w.e.f. 16.08.2016. However, petitioner have neither paid the lease money nor returned the tractor. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation. However, tractor has not been recovered so far, which is in possession of petitioner under lease agreement. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 21.03.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- Jitender Kumar 2018.05.21 17:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for

(iv) that petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
