***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.4 dated 01.01.2015 under Sections 406/420/364/342/506 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

Petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated April 12, 2016. In case, there has been no default on the part of the petitioner in appearing before the trial court, he shall be admitted to regular bail subject to such terms and conditions as it may deem fit to impose. Petition is disposed of.
