(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Vijay Kumar, Police Station Shri Hargobindpur has submitted that the present petition which pertains to protection of life and personal liberty of petitioner and since FIR No. 51/16.7.2015 under sections 302, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC has been registered at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur against other family members of the petitioner for killing own daughter of house namely Nargis and since nothing survives in this petition, the same stands dismissed. However, the petitioner reserves the right to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court, if any, such an eventuality so arises. ( Fateh Deep Singh ) August 03, 2015 Judge 'tiwana'
