Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 69 dated 20.09.2011 registered under Sections 307, 447, 511, 427, 148, 149 IPC & section 25, 27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act at Police Station B. Division, District Amritsar and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bachan Singh, who is present in court, at the outset submits that untraced report has been prepared in this case and shall be filed in the competent court of jurisdiction shortly.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Disposed of.

Investigating agency may submit its final report within one month from today.
