(ORAL): The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant second ACP scale to the petitioner's husband (deceased) w.e.f. 6.12.2003 after completing twenty years regular satisfactory service and revised pay scale w.e.f. 1.1.2006. Prayer is also made to grant third ACP scale w.e.f. 6.12.2013 after completing thirty years regular satisfactory service and revised pension and consequential benefits alongwith interest @ 18% p.a. from due date till its realisation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case her pending legal notice dated 9.11.2023, Annexure P-2, is considered and decided by the respondents in a specified period.
