Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from H.C. Om Prakash, Police Station Phillaur, submits that after presentation of the challan, charge has been framed against the petitioner. Thereafter, two PWs have already been examined and the trail is fixed for today for recording the statement of remaining prosecution witnesses.
