Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite the best efforts, the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner have not come forward to pursue this writ petition. It appears that legal-heirs of the deceased-petitioner have lost their interest and are not keen to pursue these proceedings. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
