Perusal of the file reveals that the present petition has been filed in the year 1999 for challenging the recovery of Rs.1,50,075/- which was being done keeping in view the accident which was caused by the petitioner and loss which was suffered by the respondent-department. 2.

Today, the case has been called twice, but still there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

It can be safely presumed that after a period of more than two decades, the petitioner might not be interested in pursuing the present remedy.
