Mr. Yogesh Goel, Advocate for respondent no.2. *** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the matter has been compromised between the parties and a petition for quashing of the said F.I.R. on the basis of compromise has been filed bearing CRM-M42807 of 2018 where after issuance of notice of motion statements of the parties with regard to the compromise have been ordered to be recorded by the trial Court with next date date of hearing being 5.12.2018, as such he does not want to proceed further with the present petition and he be permitted to withdraw the same.
