(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No.144 dated 19.04.2017 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 353, 186, 427, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar Mohali.

Replies filed on behalf of respondents are already available on file and the same are taken on record. Registry is directed to do the needful. Learned counsel for the parties contend that the petitioners have since then been acquitted vide judgment dated 13.03.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar in case bearing CIS No.SC-193-2017 arising out of FIR bearing No.144 dated 19.04.2017 while vide judgment dated 09.12.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dera Bassi, in case bearing PC No.16 of 22.05.2018 arising out of FIR No.146 dated MANGAL SINGH 2026.04.23 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
